Import customers from a spreadsheet

Bring your customer list in from a CSV file instead of typing each one.

  1. Open Customers and tap Import CSV.
  2. Tap Download CSV template and fill it in, or use your own file.
  3. Paste the CSV or upload the file.
  4. Tap Preview import and check the list. Choose what to do with duplicates.
  5. Tap Confirm import.

Tip: Keep the file under 2 MB. Most spreadsheet apps can save as CSV.
